Lucy Lord

Lucy was an original member of the Putterills team when the first branch opened in 1992 in Welwyn Garden City. She then moved to the Knebworth branch before taking a career break to raise her family. Having returned to the Knebworth branch several years ago, Lucy is an experienced valuer and negotiator. As Branch manager, she is dedicated to providing a proactive, reliable and trustworthy service where integrity is key and to making sure her staff are happy in their work and motivated to achieve.
